ive been cuting foam with a metal saw and sharp knifes
and i always told myself how i should make a hotwire next time.. and never do it.
it's quite difficult to get the cut right with the saw & razor but it works if you're patient and careful

I saw a variety of hot wire tools for working with foam. There is a really amazing amount of possibility with this! Once again another aspect of the entire hobby of RC that just keeps me excited and happy like a little kid!
