Theres so much awesome tech for FPV I just wish my heli could take it, but I have to be stringent with weight for the trex 250. Makes me contemplate a bigger heli just for FPV

for sure! while you could probably pull it off, a Trex 250 wouldn't be too happy carrying all the Eagle Tree OSD stuff. I use a Protos (500 sized) for FPV and its awesome (properly set up...) the thing about flying helis FPV is you want a much lower disk loading with lower headspeeds than any 3D setup. I've always thought the Century Swift would be a good place to start for FPV because they have a low disk loading and are designed to fly at lower headspeeds than many of the wild 3D ships on the market.

The next size up I would consider would be trex 450, but I love my 250 because of its convience in size which also means cheaper replacment parts. I've never had a problem with flying small helis since my first heli was the walkera 4-3 pretty much the hardest thing to fly back then with bucket full of problems too. But anyway I kind of working in revserse to how I should since I started off small and am going larger when really it should be the oposite.
