Well it started off ok, 3 things :
1) First time ive used my Head Tracker ( bad idea lol
)
2) Elevator servo came away inside ( unknown till crash )
3) Lost all radio and video for no reason what so ever, i checked plane, battery still connected lipo was fine
Futaba went into failsafe more than 300 m which would be worrying but im getting DragonLink UHF next week so radio gear will be out anyway
Looks great Coyote, aside from that last bit anyways. You're going for the DragonLink are you looking at getting into some long range/high altitude flights?
Thanks JC1, yeah im getting DragonLink on friday, not for this plane though, its for my ASW-28 GF Glider, thats what ill be doing the long range high altitude flights with which is what im really interested in. The Axn and my Swift hybrid are for close range FPV only.

How long did you have to wait for the Dragon Link ? I order mine 2 week's ago and was just wondering ...I knew it was going to ba a long wait but that's ok with me . To hot around here (115) to fly anyway .
You need to wait a minimum of 3 weeks for the DL to be shipping, then 1 week for shipping, it depends where you live and on luck, it might take 2 weeks (so 4 to 5 weeks total..)
the problem with the dragon link seems to be they have to manually make most of it so it takes a long time (3 weeks) to catch up orders
that said i got one (it took 4 weeks for me) and it really works very very well, at $269 it's cheaper than every other yet seems better so.. wait is worth i guess
My first transmitter and reciever took just two weeks, there was a mix up on my second reciever but only a week after it was sorted to its arrival just last week
Yeah mikes kept pretty busy building but i think he is on top if it now so payment to arrival should get quicker and quicker.

Just recieved my EZOSD today so should be completely finished for the weekend now
Weird thing was though when i connected up my 12 channel Dragonlink reciever and bound it, i started her up and my HS65mg pan servo went to full travel and fried the servo ?????
I had to reverse the travel from the 9 channels settings and then found it had over travelled it because the limits were wrong for it being reversed and on a servo stretcher. Odd but there you go
Very pleased with the EZOSD though, good to finally see my antenna tracker burst into action too
