Yeah awesome plane!
I flew an 80cm version Hugo in summer on a spontaneous FPV meeting!
At first i will order this small version, later the big boy Big Grin
Look's like it went together real nice too ..
Great plane Daniel,
It looks perfect for FPV. The perfect RC airborne platform. I'll buy one.
Hello Smile

Thank you all for your nice comments and the feedback! This means a lot to me.

I spent hours and days to develop and build the Hugo. It was my aim to create a stable FPV platform for beginners (I am fpv beginner, too Wink ), for aerial picture and many more tasks.

Yesterday I did another flight with a payload of over 2kg! Well, the Hugo flew a little bit faster, but always stable and easy to handle.
Please have a look at the recorded video:

At the moment I am producing the Hugo for SquireM, he contacted me and ask if he can buy a Hugo with ailerons.

In addition I develop some additional stuff for the Hugo, e.g. a fpv canopy or a mounting for digital cameras.

Stay tuned for more Smile

Greetings
Daniel
Okay Daniel,

That was very COOL Smile. I especially liked the short take off and landing. The payload of 2kg+ is amazing. What FPV setup are you using, or which will you use? Have you had many other people requesting the Hugo. I'll do a full builder's log and flight review.

Thanks again,
SquireM
Hi Michael!

Can't wait to read your build log Smile
I ordered a small Hugo (80cm wing span) from Daniel, the big one follows later!
In my little Hugo I will install a Killer-CCD with a 10mW 2.4GHz video tx Big Grin

@ Daniel: Which brushless engine do you recommend for the 80cm Hugo?
Hi!
I did some more great flights with my both Hugo's. I really like these planes Big Grin
I have here more detailed pictures for you, I hope you enjoy them:
